Church as Host for mVEP* - Training

Because of the Pandemic, we need to take the LGU Requirements seriously!

In order to do so, we need to accomplish by Host:

• Limited Person as Student, according to Level of Quarantine Status (max. 8 Trainees)

• Social Distancing

• Wear mask all time and Faceshield

• Providing Alcohol

• Temperature Check and Tracing Card (provided by VEP)

The Host provides the Facility including CR and at least one Person to maintain the Government Safety Requirements.

Food is not provided and prohibited during the Training. Trainees are responsible for bringing their own Lunch/Baon and drinks that need to be taken outside during the Break.

During Lunch Break, all Trainees need to sign out.

When they return,they need to log in again.

Enrollment:

Enrollment needs to be done, one week before the course starts by the Host.

The Host needs to do this, because they are the local experts of their Community and they know them well those who benefit most from the training.

Enrollment lists will be provided digital by mVEP.

mVEP provides the Training, all needed Materials and Tools for that specific course.
